We conduct paranormal investigations in New Mexico (mostly Albuquerque area, but we venture outside also.) Most investigations will be conducted on a non-working night (Friday or Saturday). We also conduct investigations during the day.  

Investigations can be conducted during the day or night. Understand that spirits are around us all the time, we do not always notice their presence during the day because we are so busy, at night we tend to be more still or sleeping and that is why it seems you only have spirits at night.

We don’t charge for an investigation. However, we do ask for donations (if possible) to help with the cost of transportation and equipment upkeep.

 

Our guidelines.

• We ask that you only contact us if you are serious about wanting an investigation of your property. Our time is as important as yours and we put a lot of time and effort into our investigations and research. Please consider your request before sending.
• We ask the client and all occupants to leave once we conduct the interview; they may go to an area of the property that our team will not investigate or leave the property.   
• All animals must be caged and removed to an area we will not be investigating
• If we suspect any drugs or alcohol being used during our investigation, we will stop the investigation immediately. 
• You MUST be over 18 to request an investigation.

 If you do not meet these minimum requirements, your request will not be accepted.

A member of our team will attempt to reach out to the POC (point of contact) via email or phone call. If after the 3^rd attempt, we do not reach you we will place your file inactive.

 

We encourage you to contact us if you believe you are having paranormal activity. Not all investigation requests warrant a paranormal investigation of your property. 

 

If your case is accepted, a pre-investigation (either by phone or in person) will be scheduled and then the investigation. Depending on the schedule of the investigating team this may not be done right away.

 

Most investigations will be conducted on either Friday or Saturdays. We are excited to have the tenants/owners walk us through the dwelling for the pre-investigation and interviews. Please do not have children under 18 present during the investigation.

 

If paranormal activities are found the results will be presented within a timely manner. What you may be experiencing while alone may not happen while the team is present. The anomaly/spirit my only be around with you. 

 

Please understand that we are a paranormal investigation and research group. Our main purpose is to find reasonable explanations for unexplained activity using a commonsense approach and to document any potential paranormal phenomena using a variety of equipment and techniques.

 

Many people have many beliefs of the paranormal/afterlife, we take everything you say into consideration and encourage you to share your photos and any other evidence you have with us. This will help us to know what has been visiting you and we can focus on that. We may not have gone through what you have, but with our up-to-date equipment, we will certainly do our best.

 

We do not do demonic cases. Nor do we cleanse homes of spirits. If you would like your home cleansed, we offer sage at the end of our investigation reveal. We wait in case you want us to return after seeing the first reveal. 

 

If you need a copy of what our team has gathered, we kindly ask that you provide a thumb drive for us to transfer the evidence onto.

 

ALL CLIENT INFORMATION IS STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL. All investigators sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before we begin our research and investigation of the property. We request the owner's permission and have them sign an agreement to upload some of their evidence to this website.  

 

We retain ownership of all data but will provide you with copies for your own use.
